2082 - SAP Hana BI - West Minneapolis Sub

Get into BIG DATA and learn Hana, SAP's latest!!

This is full time employee position.  NO TRAVEL!! except for two weeks of training.

Training:

• Will work side by side with the contract vendor to learn Hana.
• Maybe will go for two weeks of training.
• There be a lot of training support.

Key Things about Hana versus prior SAP versions:

• Number 1 is data is stored in Memory meaning it is real time meaning up to date to the last second when a user calls up a report/dash board. 
• The report pulls data from memory so the report comes up fast.
• Big Data:  By learning Hana, the person is doing Big Data.
• Hana ships with 85 to 90 data models, so, this person will learn how to modify the appropriate model to the needs of this company.

Looking for:

BI/BW experience.  Around 5 to 8 years’ experience.  Most important skills:

• Universe experience
• Webi experience.
• Worked with the business to get requirements,
• Create design document

After being Trained will do:

• Design and develop solutions in SAP Enterprise HANA (SP 8 and above) using HANA Studio.
• Leverage technical expertise to develop HANA models using Attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation View.
• Integrate SAP HANA with SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP SLT, Smart data access, Data services and/or other ETL tools.
• Map business requirements to the technical architecture design and information model in SAP HANA.
• Implement HANA development best practices and develop performance optimized solutions.
