We take the time to learn about the candidate's interests. Because every situation has many things to consider, we use a collaborative approach to work through the career and other interests and life issues that every candidate faces when looking at new employment opportunities.

When having a conversation about an opportunity, we provide all the information that we have about the job, the culture and the company. After a candidate decides they have an interest in the opportunity, we submit their credentials.

Before going to an interview we provide tips for a successful conversation.

Passive Lookers: If you are a passive looker and want to remain anonymous, you can setup an email on Hotmail or Yahoo or Google and email us what your interest is and a short description of your qualifications. We can notify you when we see opportunities that fit your criteria.
