Work with a Senior Java Developer to learn the tricks.

Project:

This is an Agile project with 4-week iteration.  They are replacing their core business system with a Java system.  Backend side, API, Web Services, SOAP, REST, RESTFUL, SPRING knowledge nice.  Working alongside a sr. integration developer.

What you will do: 

• Assist in troubleshooting software application issues and help identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing business needs.
• Identify opportunities that can help improve efficiency of business processes through software enhancements.
• Prepare written technical design specifications, flow charts and data flow diagrams as needed for new and existing applications.
• Assist in preparing work estimates for assigned projects.
• Code, debug and/or modify new and existing applications to meet the business requirements.
• Prepare and execute unit tests on all new and modified code.
• Prepare documentation for deployment purposes and respond to any implementation issues as needed to ensure quality deliverable has been met. 

Qualifications:

Someone who has some good Jr level skills.  1 year of Java development experience.
