More Specifics:

Responsible for all aspects of the corporate LAN/WAN environment and onsite tech systems.  This includes: multi-site troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware/software, assisting in the design, upgrade, and maintenance of firewalls, security hardware/software systems, researching, testing, evaluating, and recommending changes to current and future business needs.

Experience:

What you do not have is an opportunity to learn with their great training programs.

The ideal candidate has 4-5+ yrs experience troubleshooting in a hands-on capacity with Win Servers, networking, security fundamentals while applying best practices.  A solid Cisco background, experience supporting Win, Mac OS X, and common web applications will be necessary. Configuring and troubleshooting PC connectivity (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, VPN) will be helpful.  Experience with cloud based services (e.g. Office365, Azure, AWS, etc.). 

Previous project experience (system integration) and an ability to see the big picture and make corresponding recommendations will be helpful.  A personality that loves a challenge, is flexible and adaptable is necessary.
