Purpose

Since the company warehouses and distributes leading edge products, to be successful they need a solid Warehouse Automation system. The position will oversee the warehouse/distribution technology applications with an eye toward efficiency and technology strategies.

The Position

Ensure state of the art solutions and architectures are appropriate and effective. This includes the ability to interface with the business to understand their needs to translate their needs into technology based solutions. Plan and implement the technology advancements.

Environment

They are using HighJump Warehouse Advantage with MS SQL. They have the Seagull Scientific Bar Tender.

Personality

Ability to establish rapport and credibility with team members and the business are critical to success. Effectively communicate to exchange ideas, develop strategy, and present issues is seen as key abilities. Also being business aware and can make decisions.
