Job Detail

1868 - Sr. .Net Developer - St. Paul, MN

Love variety. This role is filled with variety doing architect, tech lead and still develop.

Notes from Hiring Manager:
• First and foremost a true technologist. Someone who does not have managerial aspirations. Someone who loves/passion for technology, learning technology/new approaches and applying them to do things better. There are two other developers who do their roles but are not necessarily passionate about technology. So, because the person they hire loves technology, will be a mentor to these two developers so show them new technologies and how to use new technologies to solve problems.
• Someone with back end/Web services experience versus front end UI type experience. It is OK to have both but the back end is a must have.
• Someone who enjoys a lot of variety. This area is a high growth business for the company therefore it is faced with changing priorities. Also, will do production support one then maybe do new development then next day, then maybe business analysis the next day, working to solve a difficult technical issue the next day.
• Problem solving
• MVC is something that would be huge plus.
• Knowledge about new Microsoft tools is another huge plus.
• Can do design and architecture work as well.
• This a fast growing area of the company.
