The Java Web Developer/Analyst will analyze assigned projects to determine system and program modifications necessary to correct problems and/or provide requested functions. Responsibilities include preparing written program specifications, flowcharts, and data flow diagrams; coding, debugging, unit testing, and modifying new and existing applications to meet functional requirements and time frames outlined in business requests; and assisting users in problem resolution.
Minimum 3 years experience and technical knowledge in the following areas: Java, JSP, javascript, HTML, CSS, jquery, AJAX, SQL, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Ant, Subversion, Websphere, SQL; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows; experience with project management techniques; demonstrated mathematical, analytical, and problem solving skills; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently or in team; ability to provide leadership, coaching and training in a team environment; and excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
