Business Systems Analyst for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Collaboration groups. You will support business goals and provide business users with alternatives that enhance revenue, reduce expenses, or improve efficiencies. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail oriented, strong analytical skills, able to work in a team environment and independently.
Responsibilities:• Develop best practices, front-end analysis, requirements, design, testing, documentation, implementation, conversions, system implementation plans and support of projects
• Plan, design and support configuration for CRM and collaboration business process automation Harvest and formulate requirements for new initiatives, prepares flowcharting, configures and tests/debugs
• Obtain approval of system enhancements and project documentation
• Train users in administration and use of system and provide new user training on supported applications
• Recommend design changes to facilitate business requirements and analyze standard and custom developed processes
• Seek out opportunities that will support business goals and provide users with alternatives to enhance revenue, reduce expenses, or improve efficiencies
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding
• Support, test, and enhance moderately complex information systems and develops adequate error management functionality within assigned applications
• Take ownership of support activities for assigned applications and assure secondary resources are defined and are well trained and competent to support the application
• Analyze business and user needs, documents requirements, and manages and/or develops enhancements
• Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing of completed projects
• Quantify business benefits to be delivered by the project or enhancement
• Track problems, request & suggestions for assigned applications
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems
• Prepare detailed requirements and diagrams from which technical designs and program specifications will be written
Basic Qualifications• BS or BA degree in Management Information Systems, Business Management
• Minimum of 3 years of business analyst experience
• Experience with: MS Dynamics CRM, MS SharePoint, MS Visio and MS Office
