Research complex data, process and integration issues, document break-fix specifications and participate in delivery of comprehensive solutions. The Systems Analyst is also responsible for level 2 support of internal and customer-facing enterprise applications including administration, maintenance and software configuration management for production systems.
Candidates must have the ability to communicate clearly and at all times be able to interact with others professionally in a variety of situations. The Systems Analyst creates documentation to describe application design, logic, coding, support processes and break fixes. Documentation must be understandable to both the business user and the technical implementer. The role includes internal consulting to clarify business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
The Systems Analyst works independently and with teams to plan and accomplish goals. They must be self directed in using their experience, creativity and analytical skills to resolve technology problems.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and 5+ years related experience required.
• Strong SQL skills
• Relational databases and data analysis – Oracle & MS SQL Server
• Application and ETL troubleshooting
• Enterprise application installation, configuration and administration
• Software Configuration Management
