Support the development of an internally development application that also integrates third party components.
Reports into the PMO and takes project direction from the Development Manager
The Sr. Business Analyst will: Implement an internally-developed application, which would ultimately tie into other applications within the Financial Services service line
Work with internal Business Consultants/SMEs, project Technical Lead and other project team members as needed to document:
• Business process flows
• Requirements
• Other details in format consumable by the IT Scrum Development team
Essential Job Duties: • Minimize the gap between Business and the IT Scrum Development team
• Understand, define, and document business processes
• Map business processes and other requirements to well-formed, manageable Scrum User Stories
• Clarify User Stories to team members during various Scrum Meetings
• Create screen layouts as appropriate
• Coordinate, track and report on BA team efforts for this project
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
Specific Skills Required • Leadership and customer-facing soft skills
• Business process diagramming
• Experience with large projects & complex team makeup
• Experience working with multiple Business Stakeholders & IT Development Teams
• Agile experience – preferably Scrum
