Work with internal Business Consultants and project Technical Lead(s) and other team members as needed to document • Business process flows
• Requirements
• Other details in a format consumable by the IT Scrum Development team
Essential Job Duties:• Minimize the gap between Business and the IT Scrum Development team
• Understand, define, and document business processes in BPMN form
• Map business processes and other requirements to well-formed, manageable Scrum User Stories
• Create screen layouts as appropriate
• Clarify User Stories to team members during various Scrum Meetings
• Track and report the progress of completed Business Process step requirements against the total
Specific Skills Required (with minimum amount of experience): • Business Process Flow Diagrams with Visio (5 yrs)
• BPMN (2 yrs)
• Experience with large projects (5 yrs)
• Experience with complex team makeup (5 yrs)
• Experience working with multiple Business Consultants (3 yrs)
• Experience working with IT Development teams (3 yrs)
• Experience creating screen layouts (1 yr)
• Scrum experience (1 yr)
