Description
• Responsible for managing projects assigned by I.T. Programs Management or the Chief Technology Officer.
• Manage oversight of technology focused project and Business Plan Initiatives.
• Ensure appropriate project management methodologies throughout life cycle of projects.
• Understand the strategic and operational plans and ensure project initiatives support and achieve the objectives of those plans for Business Units.
• Manage development, deployment and modification of software applications for large, complex, difficult and longer duration projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Project management of medium to large cross functional teams, utilizing project management tools, techniques, methodologies and resources.

Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to build strong relationships, being flexible, providing timely responses, strong listening skills and a big picture mentality
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Ability to define and develop library of I.T. project management tools
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize I.T. projects and strategy based on defined corporate goals and initiatives
• Demonstrated analytical ability in business planning, I.T. strategy development, and financial management/acumen
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and manage projects in a complex environment with multiple business customers and alliances
• Flexibility to adapt to various demands or requests for project management or subject matter expertise time
• Ability to organize and analyze data and report to executive level management
• Proven team building, leadership and project management skills and experience in implementing complex I.T.-related projects
• Manage the tracking of assigned I.T. projects and project related issues
• Coach and mentor Project Managers and other junior I.T. staff
• Proven ability in executing project management, business planning, and plan evaluation.
• Develop strong business case in support of project requests
