The Sr. Project Manager has direct responsibility for assuring the successful delivery of client deliverables, contributing substantially to client satisfaction through competent project management.
• Ensures that projects meet specifications, time lines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Required to know operational and client processes and ensure their team's compliance.
• Interaction and involvement with their clients and at times.
• Project Management is comprised of five processes - initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing 'through resource allocation, trafficking, and budget reconciliation.
• Responsible for the training of new Project Managers and mentoring group best practices.
Requirments: • Position will report to the Director of Integrated Development. Will work closely with the VP of Product development and that team.
• Strong emphasis on PMI Cert.
• Must work out of the St Paul, MN office
• Current team is about 10 people made up of PM’s and Business style analysts. Hires are due to growth. New, changing, growing environment.
• 10+ years of PM experience
• New Development
• Agile Environ. (improving from a legacy system and waterfall development methodology to and Agile environ)
• Use TFS (Team Foundation Server)
• Candidate should have PMI cert and be a Scrum Master
• PM with solid IT environment background (Oracle, .Net, Microsoft shop)
• Knowledge of Call Center and Web Site hosting environ will be attractive
• Experience in healthcare, health coaching, healthcare claims would be attractive
• Should be able to handle 4-5 projects simultaneously with teams of 6-12 (no direct staff management. Teams will be made up of product owners, developers, designers, analysts, 3rd party vendors)
• Vendor Management experience

• Degree a must
• No travel or direct client interface to speak of.
