Company will pay for relocation expense for the move only. They will not pay for selling a house or getting out of rental agreement.
Position Summary • The Data Warehouse Specialist designs, builds, tests, implements and supports the data warehouse using standard concepts, practices and procedures that meet business needs.
• Uses Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes and procedures to move data, manage metadata and ensure the integrity, validity, security and audit-ability of the data.
• Follows standard development life-cycle processes to gather functional user requirements, create technical specifications and produce test and implementation plans.
• Builds and maintains OLAP views of the data to support the analytical needs of users.
• Use standard concepts, practices and procedures to design, build, test, implement and support the data warehouse.
• Responsible for moving data, managing metadata and ensuring the integrity, validity, security and audit-ability of the data.
• 5+ years of experience with data warehouse development and support.
• Must have hands on experience in the development of data warehouses with technologies appropriate for the platform where development occurs.
• Be able to support the data warehouse using standard data warehouse development methods
