An energetic, forward thinking ABAP Developer to become a member of the IT Team and participate in the ERP SAP S4/HANA Implementation. 

WILL TRAIN THE HANA!!

The individual in this position will apply proven communication and problem solving skills to guide and assist internal customers and IT staff on issues related to the design, development and deployment of mission-critical ERP software. The successful candidate will foster a strong team environment and possess excellent communication skills to effectively work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop business applications, enhancements, interfaces and reports in ABAP on Business Suite on HANA.
• Work with business process owners to develop robust and complete technical specifications.
• Work with business process owners to develop unit, integration and regression test scenarios.
• Adopt best practices in all aspects of ABAP development.
• Articulate design options with functional and technical counterparts.
• Research issues on OSS and SCN forums.
• Maintain documentation on all development objects.
• Manage the promote-to-production process for technical objects.
• Provide production support when required.
• Review and test system upgrades.
• Monitor and maintain production and test environments.
• Escalate cross functional issues and/or significant technical challenges as appropriate.

Qualifications

Required:

• BS Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years ABAP.
• ALV reports, Enhancements, Function Modules, BADI/BAPI, ABAP Methods, Dialog Programming, Web Dynpro, SapScript, SmartForms, LSMW, ALE/IDOC, and Workflow, Data Dictionary.
