2066 - Sr. .Net Developer - Minneapolis, MN

Key role on the .Net Team.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, document, test development objects. Objects may include applications, interfaces and reports.
• Interface with Business Analysts and end users to design solutions.
• Coordinate the activities of other team members.
• Technical lead on projects, as assigned.
• Mentor to less experienced Applications Developers, providing guidance regarding both technical and methodology related issues.
• Assist with project cost estimates, development and implementation of technical standards, methodology and toolset.

• Strong problem solving skills including demonstrated ability to analyze issues and to work effectively with cross functional groups to participate in problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 6+ years experience in application development.
• Experience leading development projects as a technical lead or in directing other developers.
• C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of relational database design concepts and MS SQL Server technologies preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint development or QlikView a plus.
