Company develops tools to enhance the educational process for students in cosmetology programs.

What you will do

The company provides communication to campuses relaying a variety of information in multiple directions.  Most of the development is middle tier utilizing the Web API framework and written in C# and SQL.  Will work with full SDLC...the entire project.  Nothing "siloed".  Will interface with business stakeholders to doing coding creating real world solutions.

At the start of the job the biggest challenge is learning the business in order to create effective solutions. 

Technical tools in this environment:

• C#/ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI/ASP.NET, REST web services, SQL Server 2008, SSRS, Entity Framework,  LINQ, Web Security Tech (SSL, Forms authentication, ASP membership Provider), JSON, iOS (iPAD/iPOD), Data Modeling/architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Agile environment

Culture

Team of 4 developers all learning and sharing knowledge and experiences.  The tenure of the team members range from 2 to 5 years.
