Our client, a mid sized company with a great growth trajectory, is building succession plans around their SAP teams. Part of this initiative involves hiring a new project oriented leadership role reporting to the CIO. Based in the Twin Cities, our client is in a transformative stage and needs talent to lead teams through change that will result in retaining a collaborative team culture.
Our requirement includes a seasoned IT Leader who has been responsible for managing people and projects through empowerment and decisiveness with direct experience managing within SAP Implementation environments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with strong preference for advanced degree
* Global SAP implementation experience - (does not need to be hands on, but you'll need to be in the trenches leading through implementations in your past)
* Must be a Manager currently, and have managed management level individuals.
* Managed SAP teams
* Strong people skills - ability to lead and empower teams
* Solid history of executing on initiatives
* Proven successes of programs and project execution
This role is for someone who's ready for the next step in their career and is comfortable with ambiguity and loves to work with an established high performing team and continue to build on that.
Salary commensurate with experience.
