Seeking passionate, smart, up and comers and seasoned professionals to join its growing software development organization here in the Twin Cities.

Generally, looking for the following:

3-7 years of experience developing applications on the .NET framework. Experience with application layers, from data, to business logic, to user interface development Proficiency in building multi-tier, data driven applications.

Good understanding of OO programming concepts and best practices. Understanding of good development practices and code design, and knowledge of proper use and implementation of design patterns (creational, procedural, etc) and software architectures (SOA, n-tier, 3-tier) Experience developing web services and service-oriented applications.

Comfort working in an agile-based team environment with a collaborative, comfortable culture. B2B and B2C web applications Experience with UI Design patterns such as MVC, MVP and/or MVVM Experience with software architecture patterns Knowledge of various software architectures, patterns and principles from the .NET development perspective. Defensive coding ability accompanied with strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

Additional: Work with other developers to develop and build systems on the Microsoft.NET platform using cutting-edge techniques, tools, and utilities Assist in the back-end architecture and modeling of data-driven applications Research, test, and implement new technologies, frameworks, and utilities Be a mentor to more junior developers working on your projects if desired. Participate and provide feedback in brainstorming sessions and scoping meetings
