Report to the VP in this key role.
A .Net Support Developer is responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and correcting complex problems in software systems. This role has the opportunity to work with a variety of personnel to identify, analyze, propose, and permanently correct solutions in support of our business. This position is also responsible for providing end-user support for assigned applications.
The .Net Support Developer will be tasked with working on the most important, complex and technically challenging internal systems.
MAJOR Responsibilities • Work with business analysts, internal clients, and IT management to understand and validate high priority system problems.
• Identify root-cause of frequently occurring problems.
• Propose technical solutions that will eliminate support issues.
• Create and document technical designs to achieve project requirements.
• Create and test technical solutions.
• Prepare or review unit test plans and execute unit testing.
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing tasks as assigned.
• Provide end-user support for assigned applications (includes some on-call support during non-business hours.)
• Update system documentation as needed.
• Develop strong relationships with partners and end-users that allow work to move forward with a common understanding.
Qualifications3 to 8 years of .Net with either C# or VB.Net and SQL experience.
If you do not have MVC experience, they will train MVC.
