Prestige privately held Client, Marvin Window and Doors, is seeking a TOP INFORMATION SYSTEMS LEADER. Someone with outstanding leadership skills, strong strategic thinking competence, excellent business partnering capabilities and a track record for successfully driving change initiatives. This role is a critical leader of the organization’s strategy that focuses on profitability, customer satisfaction and operating effectiveness and is a member of the President’s Business Council. Relocation is a must.
Successful candidate will lead approximately 60+ analysts, developers, programmers and support staff. Responsible for all phases of systems design, programming, acquisition, installation and operations.
Information Systems Leadership• Formulate, evolve and oversee the execution of a long-range technology strategy.
• Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Information Systems and supporting functions including developing an impactful Business Analysis function that understands requirements and needs and presents integrated solutions.
• Thought leader/champion in providing quality consultation & innovative technology solutions that promote long-term business value creation and competitive differentiation.
• Drive operational excellence within the Information Systems function through efficient organizational design and world-class measurement.
• Direct oversight and responsibility for Information Systems Governance, Hardware and Systems Software, Systems Operations and Maintenance and Department management functions.
• Maintain full administrative responsibility for the Information Systems department including budgets, staffing, administration, planning, etc.
• Drive an upgrading and standardization of applications supporting the businesses with a focus on streamlining common processes across the organization.
• Principal talent manager ensuring the Information Systems organization develops a pipeline of highly skilled leaders capable of executing long-term strategies using Client Leadership Competency Model.
• Manage key Information Systems vendors, suppliers, and customer partnerships that represents the Company’s interests and is respectful of the complexity inherent in these relationships.
Business Leadership• Serve as a member of the President’s Strategic Business Council leadership team and participate enterprise-wide decision-making.

Candidate Profile• At least 15 years experience in Information Systems roles with 5 years in the senior leadership role within complex, manufacturing organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Management, Business Administration or other applicable discipline with an MBA or MS advanced degree preferred.
• This individual will be a broad-based business leader who will be able to engage with the enterprise leadership team as well as at the business unit level.
