The Senior Data Content Technician develops and maintains laser content layout and list processing programs for customer mailings or in-house use. Responsibilities also include:
• Participating with client services team to develop, implement, and maintain computer-based programs
• Collaborating with developers, analysts, project managers, and end users to develop new software applications, resolve software problems, and develop coding standards
• Providing input regarding client-proposed project additions and changes
• Working with client input files to ensure data is appropriately formatted and cleansed prior to production
• Writing structured application and interface code from specifications, job instructions, and program documentation
• Conducting processes and quality control tests
Requirements • Associate’s degree in computer science or 4+ years equivalent work experience
• Development and support of PrintNetT
• Flexibility, proven analytical and problem solving skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, and the ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train others
