They are looking for is that strong senior Java developer.  Stronger more on the back-end (the standard…spring, etc.).  Additionally, somebody who can write SQL and Stored Procedures - not necessarily doing database design or back up type work.  Someone who enjoys multiple hats.

They are in the process of re-writing several key legacy applications.
