Architect Java Backend of a two year project that will run on Amazon

Backend architecture for a very large Web Development Project.  Part of the work will be evaluating Amazon Cloud tools to determine which tools will work for this project.    Data security is a key issue, so will design/architect with this as focal point.  Design requests (gets and puts) from several data bases.
