2100 - HighJump BA - Minneapolis West Sub

Be a HighJump BA in a green field SAP Hana implementation.

Job Objective

Act as primary point of contact for the HighJump application. Provide oversight and direction for Distribution Center deployments and ongoing initiatives.

 Duties and responsibilities

• Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements, and related benefits.
• Aid in preparing and analyzing project plans and documentation.
• Works directly with business to gather an understanding of their business needs and translates requirements into Warehouse Advantage configuration.
• Manage production support activities. 
• Travel to Distribution Centers may be required.

 Qualifications

• 3+ years of Warehouse Advantage experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven track record demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to take functional lead on large warehouse implementation projects through full project life cycle.
• Should be experienced with MS SQL Server, Advantage Architect, Page Editor, Advatage Link, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
• Bachelor's, or advanced Degree in Computer Science, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering strongly preferred.
