2063 - Business Analyst - Minneapolis, MN

BA for implementation of new ERP.

Perform as the Business liaison for the development. Candidate will work with the IT team and Business partners throughout the organization to develop and implement features of the Epicor ERP System. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with management and stakeholders regarding status of all projects.
• Document process flows, functional specifications, and/or test scenarios. Develop knowledge of mission critical business functions to become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Create and update technical, support and functional documentation for the application components.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years fulfilling the Business Analyst role.
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Design, create and deploy reports, customizations and dashboards.
• A team player who is a self-starter with excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal skills needed to create documentation and to communicate plans.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in information systems, or equivalent experience.
