2053 - Sr. Network Analyst -

Entreprenurial company.  Be the right hand person of the COO.

• Understands business. As an entrepreneurial company the position evolve over time.
• Keeper of process and order. Create process where appropriate with an eye toward flexibility to change as the environment changes.
• When the person does not know about a technology or whatever, will take the initiative to find a resource who does.
• Be a delegator.
• Not afraid to make a mistake.
• Knows how to build relationship with the business and understand their needs from a network perspective. Kind of like a business analyst.
• Knows how to build relationships with vendor or other resources.
• Understands how to work within an unstructured environment.
• Someone who loves/likes that things are ever changing, tomorrow or next week or next month or next year there will an all new set of things to do to learn etc.

Understand but do NOT have to be an expert:

• Understanding of MV Ware
• Understanding of Linux
• Understanding of ITIL
• Understanding of Network engineering.
• BUT DO NOT Have to have the understanding of all these.   Someone who gets technology, can learn technology, knows where to get help when needed.
