Purpose

The Document Management System is a key piece for the operations of this company.  They plan to upgrade their current Document Management System in 2016.  This provides time to learn this current system, the processes and the company before embarking on the upgrade.  The company does a good job planning projects and transitions.

Environment

The environment is collaborative.  There is a lot of support for this person.  The incumbent who is an expert on this system will provide the training before he moves to his new position within the company. 

The position

Will interface with the Project Committee, 4 key business users, 1 finance person, the Manager of Business Solutions, Sr. Software Developer, Security Administrator.  Will program in Visual Basic, VBA, VB Script.  If you do not have .Net will learn it as new releases are written in .Net.  Will learn data bases.  Create/update diagrams.  Customize changes and integration points.
