Situation

The current manager is retiring.  This person will go to part time April 1st and will be part time through June 30 to help with the transition.

What you will do

You will manage one person.  They have just moved their servers and network to the cloud so there is NO longer server administration or network administration work.  The bulk of the work is problem solving, trouble shooting, working with the business to determine changes to the Microsoft Navision software package and communicate the requirements to their outside programming vender and manage the project, understand SQL Server will enough pull data.  Will install software on PC's when necessary.

This is your show to run as you see fit to run.  Work collaboratively with other stake holders.  There is always something new and interesting going so you will never be bored.  Will work independently.

Learning and understanding the business is very important.  Key systems for the business are POS, Inventory and Accounting.
