Business:

Design and manufacturing of equipment that moves air around.

Situation:

The company is experiencing growth.  Due to the the growth they are looking to add a Sr. Developer to be a part of the IT Team.

Team:

Team of 4 seasoned developers who enjoy the variety and the challenges that is inherent in a small to mid size manufacturing company.

Personality:

Someone who enjoys variety in a dynamic environment.  Lots to do, never get bored.

Job:

Will regularly interface with the stakeholders.  Provide technical adice while at the same time create structured programs that increase efficiency.

Technical:

Experience with .Net Framework, WPF/WCFR, MVC, and n-tier architecture, SQL, Object Orientated Design.

New experiences:

The company is moving toward utilizing Azure Cloud services so this is a learning opportunity.
