Situation:

Because of their very good loan processing systems, their business is growing. They have create TWO new positions. One of the two will join the Loan Processing Application team and the second of the two will join the Investor Reporting Team.

Teams:

The company believes in small teams of 4 to 7 individuals. They are mid to senior level developers who collaborative in sharing ideas in dealing with their technology challenges.
