The company provides technology-driven services and software to manage, recover, search, analyze, and produce data efficiently and cost-effectively.  They also provide data recovery, electronic discovery and document review.  Nothing is more critical than effectively managing information in an effort to safeguard and improve business continuity, brand reputation and profitability.  This Minneapolis based company has global operations with over 1000 employees.

Situation:

The company has in place the kCura Relativity eDiscovery Platform.  They need a C#, .Net Developer to write interfaces and extensions and to provide technical leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities:

Will be part of a cross-functional team working in an agile environment on one of the Scrum Development Teams.

• Apply past knowledge to new projects and new applications quickly and efficiently. Focus is developing extensions and interfaces to the kCura Relativity Platform.
• Effectively collaborative with others to define, plan, and execute development tasks with high quality results.
• Demonstrate expert application problem solving at the solution level through creative and analytical thinking.
• Produce clean, readable, structured code across multiple applications that is easily maintainable, provides desired functionality. 
• Demonstrate proficiency with expert coding concepts in more than one language and relevant technologies. 
• Perform level testing/debugging across multiple applications. 
• Recognize complex problems across multiple applications, identify root cause, and modify source code to provide resolution quickly and effectively.
• Follow, enforce, and continuously improve development standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BSEE, BSCS, BSCE) and 5 to 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to develop interfaces and extensions with knowledge of kCura Relativity platform
• Experience with C# is required; It would be NICE to have MVC, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, Multi-Browser development, HTML, web development and CSS is desired
• Strong communication skills to include interpersonal, verbal, written, listening, and presenting to effectively communicate with business leaders, customers, internal stakeholders
• Ability to lead small teams technically in complex but short lived efforts, or in standard, long lived efforts.
• Recognize and communicate technical problems and provide possible solution.
• Openness to new ideas and concepts.
• Can see the “big picture approach” in daily tasks and responsibilities.
