Responsibilities include the following talents:

• Proven ability to work with business owners to identify requirements, discuss technology options and document resulting decisions
• Ability to lead a project team consisting of internal technical resources and various levels of customer resources
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage tasks and resources across multiple projects
• Ability to create detailed project plans and manage timeline, scope and budget
• Ability to review and evaluate the solution as it is developing and ensure that it meets identified business requirements
• Ability to deliver a quality solution by maintaining project and technical documentation, including the creation and execution of test plans

Flexibility to meet the needs of the customer’s situation is fundamental for success.  Project experience related to web-based & custom application development is the core.
