This professional will develop, extend, install, and support CRM and XRM software implementations for existing and future Microsoft Dynamics CRM software customers. Will work with clients on-site or remotely to analyze, research, document, communicate, architect, configure and implement complex software solutions that provide improvements to the client’s business processes and information.
Essential responsibilities will include
- Program in packaged application environments utilizing GUI and Web tools such as HTML,HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, ASP.NET 3.5+, SQL Reporting Services, SSIS, XML, Silverlight.
- Performing independent analyses of client business processes, software systems, and database structures, and design and configure complex software solutions based on client requirements.
- Provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and XRM/BI/Collaboration applications ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Create functional / technical specifications.
- Create unit test plans and perform unit and system testing to ensure quality of work.
- Assist in the development of demonstrations, work plans, proposals and engagement letters in preparation of client projects.
- Work in a project team environment, both with team members and client team members leading technical resources as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain key technical client resource relationships that lead to long-term relationships.
- Evaluate and identify other potential needs for a client.
Essential Qualifications for the role will include
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar technical background.
- 2-3 years of Microsoft .NET experience (C#, ASP.NET).
- 2-3 plus years of prior experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and supporting business processes in sales, marketing, or customer service functions.
- Microsoft SQL experience preferred, but not required.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with troubleshooting and testing skills.
- Ability to implement tools and strategies to ensure a high standard of quality control.
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience with software development and systems analysis.
- Prior experience with database design and query.
- Prior experience report design and creation.
- Experience with troubleshooting and system testing.
