Drive basic Agile principles of development in particular:
1. SCRUM stand-ups
2. Use of defined sprints to accomplish tasks
3. Prioritization of effort backlogs and bug requests
4. Creation of personas and user stories
5. Demos to key stake holders
6. Use of a backlog and sprint management tools
1. Assure understanding of client and customer end results needs. Assure this through:
* Shadowing their work efforts.
* Establishing that user stories and requirements are focused on the customer's end results.
* Engaging requestors in possibilities they may not have considered for achieving their results.
* Process of demoing efforts with key stakeholders.
* Consistent collaboration throughout the process of development to assure that all needs are being taken into onsideration.
2. Prioritize and organize a backlog of tickets on the existing functionality.
3. Maintain program and project backlogs.
4. Coordinate activities to match prioritized strategies and effective quick wins.
5. Assure all project efforts are on budget.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in IT related field. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
. Experience employing Agile methodologies particularly SCRUM in an IT development environment.
. Effective at engaging non-technology savvy clients and translating their needs into quality results.
. Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager on smallto medium-size projects.
. Intermediate experience with Excel, SharePoint, & Agile Tools
(VersionOne experience a plus).
. Excitement for the mission of serving those most in need and
finding ways to use technology to help them more effectively.
