Audits and maintains data database. Responsible for verifying all data to be entered into database meets set standards and requirements. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Reporting and Data Validation
Responsible for data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting. Utilizes software to generate metrics and develops actionable recommendations. Provides support to production teams or management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results. Collaborates with various function teams such as production, insights, development and IT to achieve business results. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected..
Data Integration Support: • Manages data auditing procedures with third party DMS data providers: Authenticom, ADP Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.
• Initial set up and sample data auditing to ensure data streaming process is accurate and formatted as required.
• On-going data verification and confirmation receipt of all data values and historical data as specified
• Provides on-going reporting to data operations team to QA and managing data gaps in streaming process
• Manages data append process with third party providers
• Manages process for data hygiene with third party providers
• Runs prospect files for program data that is outside the system: i.e. ConQuest Data, Dataium, etc.
Production Support Data Auditing: • Responsible for the production data audit process and reporting for all partner productions, deployments
• Audits and ensures valid control groups are being maintained on a monthly basis with each campaign deployment
• Prospect generation reporting and auditing
• Pre-production push audit reporting
• ESP data receipt validation and reporting
• Post production send validation reporting
• Active Dealer Reports
• Active Campaigns by dealer
• Billing Reports
Other: • Ad hoc Reporting and data management processing as requested
• Trouble shoot and validate production support and data auditing processes as needed
• Manages compiling metrics from various departments and the system for monthly KPI summary reports
• Assists BI and DBA with identifying opportunities for implementing automated reporting and auditing procedures
• Assists DBA with identification and processes for data clean up and hygiene.
• Extract data from the system for ad hoc analysis
Required ExperienceExperience in alternate roles such as: Database Report Writer, Database Reporting Analyst, Database Operator, Junior DBA, Database Librarian or similar
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications and skills:
• Demonstrated proficiency with MySQL and MicroSoftSQL – experience with both preferred.
• Import/Export data procedures
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
