Requires banking experience or CBAP certification from IIBA.
Urgent need. Will be working with banking users for requirements gathering for information technology systems.
Roles/Responsibilities• Business Requirements elicitation – BRD
• Solution Definition – identifying how the business is impacted when a project goes live, what changes. These are non-technical solutions to the BRD requirements.
• Overall Requirements management on a project team
• SDLC systems analysis type work – FRD, etc.
Skills Required, proven expertise in:• Banking Industry experience
• IIBA alignment – Knowledgeable of the BABok
• Business Requirements – elicitation and documentation
• Creating context diagrams
• Swimlane process flows
• Differentiating between business rules and business requirements
• Meeting facilitation (identifying stakeholders, pre-work, facilitation)
• Visio
• Traceability Matrix
• Manage thru ambiguity – our practices are evolving
Ideal candidate is CCBA certified through the IIBAAgile experience would be helpful but not required as we are just embarking on the introduction of Agile.
