This is a complex EDI environment which provides to opportunity to challenge and take your EDI knowledge/skills to a new level.
Direct programmers and managing priorities.
Multiple AS/400 environment utilizing centralized EDI supporting multiple divisions/affiliate companies within the organization -- USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Currently, EDI data is transferred in/out of centralized location to/from associated affiliate application. Data flow is fully integrated in/out of associated affiliate application, with data editing done in place of, or in concert with, application interfaces.
Support the stability and expansion of this environment while complying with corporate directives concerning standards, security, audit and SOX compliance.
Individual overall will need to have:
• Project Management skills directing programmers and manage priorities.
• EDI experience
• Strong skills coding in an AS/400 environment (RPG Free, RPG IV, ILE, CLLE).
• Analysis skills with ability to design or modify programs
• Ability to work with user community
