Great opportunity to utilize your Mobile Development skills for a major corporation looking to expand their Mobile systems.
The Mobile Payment Application Developer is responsible for leading in-house mobile payments innovation development, closely collaborating with other team members (PMO, Product Managers, Technology and Visual Design). Identify and document the requirements, consult on Mobile app and UI best practices, propose and produce functional prototypes & proof-of-concepts (POC) designed specifically for payment market and ensure that the final product meets business requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Partners with Product Manager, Marketing and Technology to
- Create high-fidelity prototypes/POCs for iOS/Android platforms (mobile & tablets) - leveraging full native device capabilities and HTML5
- Architect, design, develop native and HTML5 applications targeting hybrid mobile applications
- Create low-fidelity conceptual user-experience design (UX maps, wireframes, UX/UI specifications and basic prototype)
- Collaborate with users, product managers / analysts, marketing, internal stakeholders, and the engineering team to design, develop, and implement solutions
- Facilitate design sessions and develop specifications
- Define usability test plans, moderate sessions, and analyze the usability data
- Define and document best practices for marketing and technology teams
- Assist in usability and QA testing
- Understand the balance of user experience, business case, and time-to-market, and make trade-offs where appropriate.
SPECIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- 5+ years in HTML, including HTML5, CSS, Java script Experience
- 3+ years of experience with developing for iOS and Android platforms
. Experience with server side development, JEE, PHP, consuming web services, etc.
Experience with AJAX, Objective C, C#/C++, Java, Databases and XML technologies
. Node.js experience highly preferred
- Solid understanding of the fundamentals and best practices of mobile design, UI, and user experience
- Good knowledge of software design cycle
