The company is experiencing change that is creating opportunities in their Warehouse Systems Group. Ground floor opportunity to develop systems.
SUMMARY:Responsible for warehouse system development and on-going support by maintaining HighJump Warehouse Advantage applications.
ESPONSIBILITIES:• Assist Warehouse Systems Developer with on-going development and support
• Design and develop solutions required for application changes based on user needs
• Sustain and develop ship label design using Seagull Scientific BarTender application
• Translate high level requirements into detailed designs
• Perform unit and functional testing
• Provide warehouse support coverage, including after-hours support, as required
• Lead daily scrum with warehouse leads
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:• 2-3 years related experience developing
• Knowledge of SQL programming
• HighJump Software experience preferred or warehouse systems experience
• Crystal Reports experience a plus
• Seagull Scientific BarTender experience a plus
• Technical degree or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver services on schedule, on budget, meeting requirements
• Prior experience developing detail system design and programming specifications
• Customer service organization, demonstrated by the ability to resolve incidents based upon Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Effective time management skills
TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTSExperience using Microsoft Office, Visual Source Safe, MS SQL Server 2005 or newer, Stored Procedures, XML, Seagull Scientific BarTender, Crystal Reports
