Responsibilities• Leads SAP FICO module in design, development and implementation of solutions to meet the company’s needs.
• Provides production support on FI module, including but not limited to AR, AP, GL, balance sheets, consolidations and P&L statements.
• Designs and provides support for the COPA module.
• Offers insight and resolves issues that are of cross-functional nature.
• Applies strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data and deliver solutions.
• Exhibits a deep understanding of a service line and a broad knowledge of all service offerings within a practice area.
• Researches SAP OSS database for known issues and recommends suitable solutions.
• Provides support to month-end/quarter/year-end financial processes.
• Develops and delivers informal presentations to management.
• Keeps abreast of the developments in SAP FI area, analyses the applicability of developments to business, prepares and delivers presentations on developments.
• Identifies and assists with the development of service offerings.
• Participates in business development activities by scoping potential engagements and preparing proposals. May identify opportunities for additional business.
• Applies knowledge of and experience in multiple specializations.
Required Skills• Familiarity with SDLC methodology.
• Excellent spoken and written English communications required.
Required Experience• BS/BBA or MS/MBA
• 5-10 years of FI industry experience
• 2-4 years of prior work experience with ECC 6.0, FI, COPA, consolidations, balance sheets and P&L.
• Experience with such tools as Report Writer and Report Painter.
• At least 1 SAP implementation as FI module lead.
• 2-3 years experience in production support and enhancements.
