Will be doing software development project with multiple releases ; using a scrum software development approach; along with traditional business analysis activities.
The Business Analyst will:* Work with the business to define requirements
* Engage with the Scrum team on daily standup and other meetings
* Perform gap analyses
* Gather requirements, write user stories
* Facilitate periodic stakeholder and steering committee meetings as
appropriate
* Follow Scrum best practices
* Work closely with, QA Manager, Project Manager, Technical Lead,
Developers as well as business stakeholders
Skill sets that will ensure success as a Business Analyst :
* Minimum 7 years software development business analysis (Scrum
software development experience desired)
* Team player attitude with strong leadership skills
* Strong written and verbal communications
* Ability to create and manage detailed project documentation
* Ability to negotiate with multiple resource managers with conflicting
priorities to ensure project tasks are completed in a timely manner
* Strong Microsoft Office 2007, and Visio 2007 skills
