3. Work closely with the company's teams and client to understand requirements, estimate the cost and timeline of the project, and then manage the ongoing implementation.
4. Provide effective business analysis to help translate client needs into robust solutions.
Desired Skills & Experience
1. Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred
2. Requires 5+ years experience in managing large scale projects with a strong emphasis on client-facing systems rather than internal technology
3. Strong experience in managing project teams
4. Extremely proficient in the use of standard project management tools including MS Project and Visio
5. Excellent business analysis skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Very strong analytical skills
8. Must be able to effectively manage and lead technical and non-technical teams

JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Project Manager (SPM) has direct responsibility for assuring the successful delivery of client deliverables, contributing substantially to client satisfaction through competent project management. The SPM ensures that projects sold to clients meet specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The SPM required to know operational and client processes and ensure their team's compliance. The SPM will have interaction and involvement with their clients and at times, may take a lead role. Project Management is comprised of five processes: initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing through resource allocation, trafficking, and budget reconciliation. The SPM is responsible for the training of new Project Managers and mentoring group best practices.
