1700 - SAP CRM Business Analyst - St. Paul, MN

OPPORTUNITY

JOB SUMMARY
This individual will be able to collaborate with internal clients, IT colleagues, and other key stake holders to define client requirements and develop and present solutions. This individual will be responsible to configure functionality within SAP CRM, and provide technical support on project and system issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement SAP configuration in CRM and is aware of the impact on other upstream and downstream configuration and processes within SAP. Prefer experience with Sales Force Automation, Marketing, Segmentation, Lead Management, Activity Management, Contact Management, Business Partner maintenance, Incentives and Commissions, CIC, Service, Opportunity and Territory management within CRM.

• Research, recommend and implement best order management practices based on specific business practices and requirements.

• Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.

• Provide functional support to end users.

• Train end power users on assigned modules, and provide technical guidance and cross training to peers.

• Implement and enhance SAP features. Recommends methods to use standard configuration and existing code to support business requirements.

• Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions.

• Evaluates and recommends software packages, coordinates implementation of packages selected, and integrates with other systems.

• Perform proper testing and documentation before moving changes to the production environment, and ensures systems have proper control and safeguards.

• Models appropriate behaviors and effective communication skills, quality listening, giving and receiving feedback, and effective meeting behavior.

Education
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related required.

Experience
• 4-7 years SAP configuration experience in the SAP CRM system.
• 4-7 years of functional experience, including project management.

• Knowledge of the following SAP system
• CRM 7.0
• SFA or Marketing or CIC (Have one or more of the three.)
