94K to 112KThe Senior Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining applications using a variety of technologies that support multiple lines of Business and IT initiatives. This individual may work independently or collaborate with a smaller group of developers in similar efforts. This position is responsible for technical analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions as needed by business or IT. The senior developer works closely with other subject matter experts to help design and build solutions for a multitude of applications, including; web, client server, batch processing, portal applications, transactions and data and data warehouse architecture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field a plus. 8+ years minimum experience in software development with a majority of this experience building applications on extranets for eCommerce or enterprise portals with dynamic content on the .Net platform.
Specific types of experience required:Informatica and ETL expert. Strong working knowledge across the technology stack including web servers, database servers, EAI, portals, networking, security, and server hardware. Technologies currently used and supported in IT are: Java, PL/SQL, Oracle, Informatica, ASP.NET, Windows 2000/2003, PowerBuilder, SAS. Advanced knowledge and experience using mutliple languages/platforms for programming including Java, PL/SQL, C#, ASP, JavaScript/AJAX, XML, HTML, Web Services, SAS. Experience with search engine technologies and storage management of large quantities of both structured and unstructured data. Advanced knowledge of integration technologies such as Web Services and messaging systems, Enterprise Application Integration, Business Process Management/Workflow, etc. Certification in Java, Informatica, SQL, Oracle, SAS, MS is a plus.
