Description of Essential Functions of the Position:Primarily responsible for working with Product Development team, business and IT facilitating the development of scope, business & functional requirements, test plan, test cases and user guides. Focus is on design, development and maintenance of product offerings. Product development covers all phases of the product development life-cycle. Key skills include the ability to extract system and business requirements, identifying and communicating deliverables and gaps, providing documentation to facilitate on-going maintenance of products.
1. Prioritizing user requirements.
2. Provide schedule conflict resolution.
3. Help users identify opportunities and help develop business requirements specifications (BRS).
4. Manage overall project plans (BRS and FRS) for review and approval.
5. Participate in project evaluations, design review sessions, data requirement meetings and consulting with application development team.
6. Develop and execute detailed test plans encompassing all systems impacted by change.
7. Report all anomalies and schedule changes to management.
8. Assist with the analysis, identification and solution of appropriate "bugs" and requests when they occur.
9. Perform all tasks and assignments demonstrating customer service principles.
10. Perform other duties and tasks which may be assigned to meet business and department objectives.
Candidates Should Meet the Following Requirements:1. Bachelors Degree in technology, communications, or business administration required.
2. Experience with product development process, online development, and project management preferred.
3. Ideal candidate will possess one or more years of experience in; coordinating and implementing projects, working with software design specifications or other product development.
4. The ability to carry out project implementation tasks, define technology based functional requirements and manage multiple projects a must.
5. This person should be able to work independently, as well as, perform well in a team environment
6. Individual must have excellent written and oral communication skills, in addition to a high level of organizational abilities, and be task orientated.
7. Working knowledge of MS office required.
