Rate: OpenDuties & Responsibilities
• Will work with the Senior Security Analyst
• Respond to and resolve security incidents & requests, provide ongoing monitoring and maintenance for McAfee, provide ongoing monitoring and maintenance for web filtering, and assist with second level LDAP Security setup.
• Assist with security initiatives: (1) Self Certificate Authority Project and Ongoing Support, (2) Intrusion Protection – installing ID Sensors, (3) Develop Auditing Processes and Procedures for auditing first level LDAP Security Setups.
• Proactively protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information and corporate data in the custody of or processed by the company by:
- executing and maintaining appropriate control techniques
- responding in a timely manner to loss or misuse of information assets
- participating in investigations of suspected information security misuse
- participate in compliance reviews as requested by auditors
communicating unresolved security exposures, misuse or non-compliance situations to management
The individual in this position will work within one or more of the following security areas:
• PKI management/administration
• Single sign on configuration, support, and maintenance
• eProvisioning configuration, support, and maintenance, including role definition with business unit data and process stewards
• LAN/WAN security support
• Vulnerability assessments, and vulnerability and risk management
Experience
• Experience with LAN/WAN security
• Experienced with LAN/WAN security administration. Experience with Novell Netware, Microsoft Active Directory, Novell GroupWise, Windows security, and UNIX or LYNUX is desirable.
