Job Detail

1569 - Usability Contract - Northwest Mpls Sub

Notes from the hiring manager:

• Help identify and manage a group of expert users to use as test participants
• Work with other groups to get everyone comfortable with the team talking directly with these customers.
• Create test plans, reports, and facilitate a variety of tests.
• A small amount of interaction design
• Help the team extend and build a practice around usability

The great thing about this role is that they haven’t ever had someone dedicated full-time to usability. There is a great opportunity here for a ‘go-getter’ to make this job into whatever they want. It’s important that we end up with someone experienced with usability that can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
