100K to 120KThe company is a custom software development company. They develop web based applications for unique business situations. The company has been around for 32 years. They are very good. So much so they are turning away business without a sales force.
This role will do project management. Included in this role is meeting with the client company to truly understand what they are trying to accomplish and work with them to devise the features of the software that will address the situation. They call this the feature vision. Then this person will work with the technical team to devise the technical vision. The technical team will create the architecture and develop the solution. This person continues to manage the project.
The software development team has 10 to 12 people and they expect to hire more because of the demand for their expertise.
